Vivid, Kangaroo Point was completed mid-2012 and was one of the first multi-storey residential buildings developed at the start of the recent residential boom.

Vivid Kangaroo Point offered 19 spacious apartments with large balconies and a shared entertaining balcony with views of Brisbane’s CBD. It set the affordable luxury tone that Silverstone’s residential developments have become known for.

The project was designed by Red Door architects, who did a great job in maximizing the tight site and the CBD views.

The building was constructed by the award-winning builder Blackwatch Projects.
