Silverstone Unveils Rivergreen: A Landmark Residential Project at Hamilton Northshore

Brisbane, QLD – June 3, 2025 — Leading Brisbane-based property developer Silverstone has announced the launch of its latest residential venture, Rivergreen, a striking new development set within the transformative Northshore Hamilton precinct.
Located at 330 MacArthur Avenue, Rivergreen is poised to become a defining addition to one of Brisbane’s most ambitious urban renewal areas. The development will feature 123 oversized residential units split across two architecturally designed towers – the North Tower with five levels and the South Tower rising to seven.
Silverstone Managing Director Troy Daffy said Silverstone’s vision for Rivergreen places a strong emphasis on luxury, liveability, and lifestyle.
“We see Rivergreen offering residents an enviable lifestyle focused on wellbeing, community and connection, with luxury and location rounding out the offering,” Mr Daffy said.
“This is not just about building apartments; it’s about curating a space where people can thrive – whether they’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying the rooftop with friends, or cycling along the riverfront paths.”
The North Tower will offer sweeping views of the Royal Queensland Golf Club and Gateway Bridge, while the South Tower boasts stunning vistas of the Brisbane River, Brisbane City skyline, Newstead, Hamilton Hill, and even glimpses of Mount Coot-Tha.
The unit breakdown includes 15 one-bedroom apartments, 80 two-bedroom units, and 28 three-bedroom residences. Sizes exceed standard market offerings, with average apartment sizes sitting at 91sqm. One-bedroom units average 56sqm (with some reaching up to 75sqm), while three-bedrooms can span up to an impressive 144sqm. All one-bedroom units come with dedicated parking, while two-bedroom units mostly include two carparks, and three-bedrooms come with a minimum of two.
Sustainability is at the heart of Rivergreen, which is targeting a 6 Leaf EnviroDevelopment Rating from the UDIA.
“Our focus on sustainable design reflects our long-term commitment to both residents and the environment. We’re designing homes for the future, not just for today,” Daffy added.
The development is designed by renowned Melbourne architecture firm Carr, with landscaping by Dunn Moran Landscape Architects. Construction is being undertaken by Silverstone’s in-house construction arm, Blackwatch Projects, with Milestone Property Group handling sales.
Lifestyle amenity is a major focus for Rivergreen. The development will feature a resort-style ground floor leisure area with a 23.5-metre swimming pool, surrounded by sunlounges, cabanas, and lush tropical landscaping. Health and wellness are catered to through a premium gym, yoga studio, sauna, cold plunge, and magnesium spa.
Crowning the South Tower is an expansive rooftop retreat with panoramic views. Residents will enjoy private entertaining zones, BBQ areas under operable louvre pergolas, and a 63sqm internal space designed for private dining or co-working, complete with a full kitchen, lounge, and dining area.
Adjacent to the site lies 1,800sqm of landscaped parkland, and Rivergreen is just steps away from riverfront bikeways and extensive public transport links. The development sits only 400 metres from the Northshore Hamilton CityCat terminal, 290 metres from a major bus stop, and is less than 20 minutes’ drive to the Brisbane CBD and just 10 minutes to the airport.
Located in the heart of the 304-hectare Northshore Hamilton Priority Development Area (PDA) – a massive state-led urban regeneration project – Rivergreen enjoys unrivalled access to retail, fashion, dining, and entertainment amenities at Portside Wharf. Its proximity to the prestigious Royal Queensland Golf Club and planned expansion of riverfront parkland only enhances its appeal.
Construction is expected to begin later this year, marking a major milestone in the ongoing evolution of Northshore Hamilton into one of Brisbane’s most sought-after lifestyle destinations.
“Rivergreen is more than a development – it’s a gateway to everything that makes Brisbane one of Australia’s most liveable cities,” Daffy said.
