Silverstone Lodges Development Application for RiverGreen Stage Four
The next release will introduce Lonsdale & Harrington, two architecturally designed residential towers that continue the RiverGreen vision while setting a new benchmark for contemporary waterfront living.
Positioned between the established riverfront neighbourhood and Northshore Hamilton’s emerging urban precinct, Stage Four represents a significant step in shaping one of Brisbane’s fastest-growing communities. More than simply delivering new homes, the development has been designed to strengthen connections, activate the public realm and contribute to a vibrant, walkable neighbourhood where architecture, landscape and everyday life are seamlessly integrated.
Designed through a close collaboration between Plus Studio and Silverstone Developments, Lonsdale & Harrington will offer a collection of one, two and three-bedroom residences, thoughtfully oriented to maximise natural light, river breezes and panoramic views across the Brisbane River and the city’s evolving skyline.

Drawing inspiration from the site’s subtropical setting and First Nations heritage, the design embraces principles of connection, continuity and place. Sculptural architecture, generous landscaping and carefully crafted public spaces will come together to create an environment that feels both refined and deeply connected to its surroundings.
Wellbeing remains central to the RiverGreen vision. Residents will enjoy a carefully curated collection of resort-style amenities, including a private wellness retreat featuring a sauna, steam room and custom spa, alongside a state-of-the-art gym, co-working lounge, landscaped gardens, rooftop entertaining spaces and social areas designed to encourage connection and everyday wellbeing.
Silverstone Developments Managing Director Troy Daffy said lodging the Development Application marked another important milestone in delivering the long-term vision for RiverGreen.
“RiverGreen has always been about creating more than exceptional homes. Every stage builds on the last, creating a connected riverside community that will continue to evolve for years to come.
“Lodging the Development Application for Stage Four is another exciting step forward as we continue shaping a community that will make a lasting contribution to Brisbane’s future.”
Plus Studio Head of Design, Chrisney Formosa said Lonsdale & Harrington had been designed to celebrate both place and lifestyle.
“Lonsdale and Harrington put quality outdoor leisure and effortless living front and centre. As part of a wider community precinct, its architecture unfolds in a graceful rhythm and bookends a luxurious central courtyard experience.
Veiled by a delicate play of textures, every apartment is host to an elevated living experience unique to Queensland and distinctively Hamilton.”
Subject to approval, Stage Four construction will commence in early 2027, continuing the transformation of RiverGreen into one of Brisbane’s most considered residential communities, contributing to the long-term vision for Northshore Hamilton as a thriving riverside destination defined by exceptional design, connection and liveability.
