Silverstone Greenlit for Stage 3 Rivergreen Precinct

Silverstone has secured approval from Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) for the third stage of the Rivergreen precinct in Northshore Hamilton.

Two additional towers, Mayfield and Bennison, will feature 166 boutique homes comprising large, luxurious two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments with expansive golf course and city views.

The collaboration between Plus Studio and Silverstone Developments promotes a sophisticated yet playful design featuring expansive communal, resort-style amenities with a focus on health, wellness and relaxation.

The pavilion will house a dedicated co-working zone, a fitness centre, and a 25-metre waterfall-edge lap pool complemented by a state-of-the-art skylit magnesium spa central to the design.

Surrounding zones will feature a steam room, sauna, Pilates and stretching facilities, as well as cardio and free-weight areas.

Silverstone Managing Director Troy Daffy said the company is dedicated to delivering world-class amenities for future residents.

“Mayfield and Bennison will embody riverside luxury living through careful and meticulous design, with health and wellness at the forefront,” he said.

Construction is set to begin in mid-2026.
