New 192-Apartment Tower Proposed For Milton Riverside
A new development application has been submitted by Silverstone Developments at 299 Coronation Drive, Milton.
Designed by Plus Studio, the proposal aims to deliver 192 apartments with a focus on health and wellness.
Plans for the 30-storey tower, will occupy the 2,339m² site which overlooks the Brisbane River, with direct access to the Milton Ferry Terminal, Milton Railway Station and the Bicentennial Bikeway.
Due to its unique positioning, the design has been carefully curated with connection and sustainability at the forefront.
The slim-line, curved structure will feature three-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom configurations, with ground floor retail and a landscaped public plaza designed to enhance pedestrian connectivity.
The wellness rooftop will offer panoramic views of the city skyline, with communal spaces and amenities including an outdoor lounge, gym and wellness facility, sauna, steam room, and lap and plunge pools, all set within subtropical landscaping carefully curated by Dunn Moran Landscape Architects.
Silverstone Developments Managing Director Troy Daffy says the Milton project reinforces the company’s commitment to design excellence and community-focused urban renewal.
“This development represents an exciting opportunity to redefine riverside living in Milton, blending sustainability, wellness and connection in one of Brisbane’s most dynamic locations,” he said.
