Construction Commences on RiverGreen Stage Three

Construction has commenced on Stage Three of RiverGreen, marking another significant milestone for Silverstone Developments.

With civil works now underway, excavation has begun on site as the next stage of the riverside community at Northshore Hamilton comes to life.

Stage Three will deliver two architecturally designed residential buildings comprising 166 boutique homes, offering spacious two and three-bedroom residences with sweeping views across the golf course and Brisbane skyline.

The collaboration between Plus Studio and Silverstone Developments builds on the established vision for RiverGreen, delivering a sophisticated yet playful design that seamlessly brings together thoughtful architecture, wellness and community in one of Brisbane’s most sought-after waterfront locations.

At the heart of the development, a dedicated wellness pavilion will house a co-working zone, fitness centre and 25-metre waterfall-edge lap pool, complemented by a state-of-the-art skylit magnesium spa.

Surrounding wellness spaces will feature a steam room, sauna, Pilates and stretching facilities, along with dedicated cardio and free-weight areas, creating a resort-inspired environment designed to support everyday wellbeing.

Silverstone Developments Managing Director Troy Daffy said the commencement of Stage Three marked another important step in delivering RiverGreen’s long-term vision.

Construction is expected to reach full completion in late 2028.
