Managing Director Troy Daffy has more than 20 years of construction, project management and property development experience. In addition to being one of the founders of Silverstone Developments and Managing Director, Troy spent more than 10 years as Managing Director of Blackwatch Projects, one of Brisbane’s leading design and construct building companies. Prior to founding Blackwatch Projects, Troy managed design and project management for leading construction and property companies in Queensland.

Troy has an unparalleled knowledge of all facets of the development and construction industry. Troy’s business management has enabled Silverstone Developments to quickly establish itself as a serious market player in the development space in which it operates.

Francois joined Silverstone in October 2014 as CFO and is responsible for the financial well-being of Silverstone. Prior to joining Silverstone, Francois gained valuable experience working at Flight Centre Limited, Ernst & Young and PwC Australia. Francois is a member of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Francois manages Silverstone’s banking, financial reporting and day to day finances as well as overseeing the accounting staff. He has developed a very strong understanding of the development industry.

Darren has been involved in Residential, Industrial and Commercial construction in QLD, NSW and overseas for more than 25 years.

With his formal qualifications and industry experience, Darren’s role as Construction Manager sees him direct and coordinate the business’ construction operations. Darren has unparalleled knowledge of all facets of the construction industry, including project and design management, contract management and significant experience in a wide range of construction methodologies and projects with a hands-on approach to every project.

Caroline is the Communications Manager and is responsible for the company’s marketing and public relations. Previously Caroline worked in corporate communications for BOQ and Commonwealth Bank. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Communications from QUT.

Luke O’Dwyer has been with Silverstone Developments since its inception. He started his career in site acquisitions with McDonald’s Australia and quickly moved into development management. His time was split between managing people across the business and the delivery of developments which has provided him a comprehensive understanding of the development process from design through to delivery.

Adam is a senior property expert with over 15 years experience having successfully delivered a project development pipeline worth over $2 billion nationally across predominantly large-scale mixed-use projects. Adam holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design, a Master’s Degree in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Project Management with specialisation in Finance. His property experience covers a national footprint having worked across Australia’s major capital cities leading development teams through site and asset acquisition, portfolio management, financing, sales and marketing, leasing, asset management, design and construction delivery. Adam has an eye for detail in every aspect of the project, is hands on and implements a design and user led approach with projects directed by him having consistently achieved some of the highest industry awards both nationally and internationally for design and development.

Before joining Silverstone, Spencer was a consultant for one of Melbourne’s leading multi-family offices, advising some of Australia’s most prominent ultra-high-net-worth individuals. In this role, he brokered deals and analysed investments across all asset classes, with a primary focus on development-backed private credit investments. In addition to his investment experience, Spencer has a strong background in property management and overseeing operating businesses. At Silverstone, Spencer is involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle, with a particular focus on architectural and interior design, construction, and coordination with builders. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Deakin University.
