20–26 Charlotte Street is a heritage-listed commercial character building, constructed in 1911, and located in the heart of Brisbane’s vibrant new casino precinct. As part of Silverstone's long term investment portfolio, this iconic two-storey brick building is renowned for its historical and architectural significance, contributing to the rich character of the Charlotte Street streetscape. Originally built for John Reid & Nephews, the building was converted into a licensed hospitality venue, with a focus on preserving its unique aesthetic while modernising its use.
