Silverstone launches Stage 2 of RiverGreen at Northshore Hamilton

Silverstone Developments has officially settled the second stage of its landmark RiverGreen project at Northshore Hamilton, paving the way for immediate construction on the next phase of the transformative riverside community.

Stage 2 will deliver two new residential towers featuring sweeping golf course, river and city views, along with a curated mix of much-needed retail that will enhance amenity for residents and the broader precinct.

Construction commenced the day after settlement, with completion scheduled for just under two years from now.

Silverstone Managing Director Troy Daffy said the swift transition from settlement to construction reflects both confidence in the project and strong demand within the Northshore Hamilton Priority Development Area.
